Few questions.
I suck at navigating this site but I'm sure the answers are there I just can't locate them.
Firstly I was reading on exercise and it says basically all or nothing. But according to that I can't do nothing since I am lifting kids/cleaning all day. Which is in itself exercise. But I cannot find time to work out for 60+ mins a day. So any suggestions there?
Then there's Canberry. How much is too much while nursing? I do not want to hurt Ezra so I haven't started those yet. Then Folic acid. My pills come in 1mg form. So is two a day too many, and sway boy?

I feel so nervous and stressed out. I'm siking myself out already!

Hi there,
I am in Canada as well. I take 1mg of folid acid per day. I am also bf, so I just drink 2-3 diet coke's a day (lowers Ph, so you don't need the cranberry) I drink 1-2 cups of peppermint tea a day (since you can not take SP while BF). The mint tea helps lower your T.
I have been on the diet (I eat twice a day) for a few months and just had my first attempt. I used Rephresh. I took Reactine (antihistamine) for 4 days leading up to O. I called motherrisk and the nurse said it was ok to take while bf. Good luck.

I think the normal everyday mom activities you do are fine. If you can't do the hour, then stick with the housework and kids. I didn't take cranberry, and I'm not sure it's even necessary.

Yay! I Motherrisk everything! I'm just concerned I'm not doing enough exercise. I do do two hours of dance a week, Jazz and ballet. I don't want to get caught somewhere in the middle. Threemenandalady, I see youre expecting a boy. Did you record your sway?

normal day to day activities do not count as exercise.
I personally would not take cran while breastfeeding. I really don't recommend it at all.
2000mcg folic acid is fine 1000is also fine so take one or two
