I have a very limited diet due to breastfeeding my son who seem to be allergic to everything under the sun. It leaves me with eating a LOT of turkey breast and rice (in various combos lik fried rice, soups, plain, etc.) Is turkey bad for swaying pink? I've found I'm starting to get sick of it and am eating only about 1/2 as much as I was, but I still go through a large bone in breast a week...

I'd try and limit how much you eat to perhaps 100g a day (max) - which was the recommendation from the french gender diet
as far as meats go, turkey is one of the leanest so probably one of the better choices to eat when swaying

as long as you stick to the limit of protein then that is fine.
