I haven't quite taken the plunge with this one yet!
I'm not exercise phobic, I'm just trying to work out how to fit it into my life.

I'm guessing running is the optimum, but I literally vomited last time I ran (some 4-5 years ago!) so that ones a bit daunting for me, but I'm not saying never, I just might have to build up to it.

I'm thinking of cycling, is that cardio enough? That way I can take my youngest on the back and cycle while we walk the dogs which I do daily anyway. The thought of an hour of hard core cycling does make me feel a bit sick though!
If I can get a bit more confident, I may try running in the evening, but I have to fit it in between DH getting back from work, cooking dinner, feeding and bedding kids, not quite sure how that could work :/
Anyone else planning on exercising for their sway?

I never ever exercise, it's just not me, and look what I got....3 girls.

However, I'm thin, I like long walks in the nature and I generally don't like to eat

I am giving it my all with exercise.....with both boys, I only walked back and forth to work. So, my goal is to step up my running and see it that helps in my sway for a little girl.

I excercise like mad before I got ds1 ( was getting fit for my wedding, he was conceived wedding night) so I think I will stop excercising to see if it sways girl. With ds 2 I did moderate exercise. Like rpm cycle 2x 45 mins a week. Sometimes 3 times. I don't think I can do more so going to cut it out :(

I am planning on stepping up my mileage each month....

Jan. - 50 miles
Feb. - 60 miles
March - 70 miles..... beginning mission baby girl with O date of March 23ish
April - 80 miles
In which, there better be a baby girl baking because 90 miles and May just don't sound fun!! I think that supplementing my running with dance to make the hour is the best strategy to not have sustain running injuries.

Do you think that hiking supplementing out and out cardio running would be a good alternative to the dancing when it just isn't happening?????

Holy crap I am exhausted just reading that!!
Thankfully, my plan suggests no exercise as I don't have much weight to spare - phew!!
But just for the record, I would have done it if I had to ;P

You will be one hot mama!
On getting my bfp, I will be mostly eating cake. And pizza, a lot hahaha I will be a big fat mama and love it! I'm 5'6'', 8 and half stone now, usually around 9, and went up to 11 stone after my second was born, gonna smash that max weight...!

I am roughly about the same size normal weight too and also 5ft 6'' - I haven't dropped down to the 8stone+ mark yet, in low 9's and i am planning on being a lazy slob! Not much different to normal, but I work nights and running round after the kids all day and housework, so am going to try and do as little as poss! Started the diet at beginning of Jan and finding it ok. Cant stand the thought of lots of exercise, lol!!x

At 166lbs/5'4.5" , I can stand the opportunity to lose some weight before the next BFP!! I know that my work schedule is going to be busy, but I took less days of work in both March and April, so that I can run instead!! My boys are cool with me running and I hope to get some nice mellow outdoor runs come late March, early April attempt time.

Pixi....I will join you with the pizza come bfp time!!!!!!

I was really into Olympic style weightlifting and Crossfitting in general when I got pg with DS2. High intensity workouts at least 4 days a week, paleo diet...no woder I go a second boy with Shettles timing! With DS1 I'd just gotten married, working out, but not a ton, definitely eating more healthfully before the big day.

^^^nice!!!!

when I got ds 3I worked at a dog kennel doing mod intense exercise 4-5 days a week

I did work for several hours but I also ate like 5000 cals a day! my arms were like Serena Williams.

Atomic....do you think that on 1800-2000 cals per day with about 600 cals burned running is low enough for LE? I know that with both boys my eating ranged from 2000-4000 cals a day....and totally get your 5000 cals, strong arms deal!!!

Keeping in mind my pesky crystal ball is on the fritz, I do think that is enough PROVIDED that the 1800-2000 is low protein, low fat, and less than you were eating before.

I so wish one did have a crystal ball! Thanks so much for your input Atomic!!!!! I do plan on working my body hard so that it thinks time of trouble are upon us and it makes it more condusive for my little XX. My biggest challenge is to further reduce both protein and fat. Tonight I had a great 47 min run.....building up for my hours of cardio next month!!!!
