Do they sway?

No, iron doesn't sway.
I've asked this once on IG since I had to take them, and the answer is no, it's safe to take them whether you are swaying for boy or a girl.

Welllll...I ~personally~ believe that all nutrients across the boards sway blue, so I am inclined to think they sway blue. But if you need them, you need them! Esp. if you are on the TTC pink diet anyway.

PS - iron tablets are not a very good way to get iron if you are anemic, it's better to cook acidic food in a cast iron pan, it's better absorbed by the body that way. You can try heating cran juice in a cast iron pan and sweeten it with a little blackstrap molasses (also a good source of iron).

Thats a great idea, AS. I am very low in iron and am trying to figure out how to get more in because I am taking prenatals and supplements. Thanks.

I love eating food cooked in cast iron... steaks, chicken, and even liver and onions. Liver is so high in iron that it can last for weeks!
