View Full Version : Tested the ph of our tap water

It came in at about 7.4, assuming we did everything correctly, which is highly unlikely. ;) Then tested the black tea I drink constantly and it lowered it to 6. something, blah. But I'm guessing that's a good pH for water? Don't really know.

Worried to death I am not getting enough potassium. I don't know how I'm going to survive until June and that's if I get pg the first try again. This is nerve wracking!

Maybe you can add a potassium suppllement just too make sure:)

Don't worry too much about the pH of your water! The tea sways in other ways besides pH and some things that are low in pH are actually very alkalinizing anyway.
