I was hoping you could tell me what your diet mostly consisted of and what supplements you took.
This is all so overwhelming. This is my last chance at trying to have a daughter, after three boys. I feel like the LE diet is hard to begin with and then adding the PCOS factor too it makes it even more complicated. I am thin to begin with and can't loose too much weight but I feel like there isn't much I am able to eat on this diet if I want to do it right. Any advice/feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!

hmm we've actually only had one known successful pcos pink sway so far (with known outcome - still a couple pregnant and waiting to find out)

here's a link to it:

have you seen the guide to swaying with pcos?

I have PCO and I had a little girl. I was on the diet and didn't take any supplements. I was drinking skim milk x 3 day and also cranberry juice. I was also on clomid. So for me I had a little girl on clomid and diet. The main thing for me I feel was the frequent BD (daily) and diet. I lost a lot of weight. Good luck flower
