So, my DH works out of town and is home a weekend at a time every 2-3 weeks. When we were TTC our 3rd we were very lucky that ovulated on a weekend that he was home and it happened to be our first month TTC. We are in the 2ww of our 2nd month TTC for #4. I am pretty positive it didn't happen this month since he left on the first and I ovulated on the 5th. He will be coming home the day that af is due and then 2 weeks later. He will be leaving that Monday and I should be ovulating the next day based on my previous cycles. If I don't get pregnant this cycle we will be taking 4 or 5 months off and then trying again when we are all living together again. That being said I would REALLY like to get pregnant this month. *fingers crossed* I am following the LE diet...or trying my best anyway. I have lost 4lbs so I'm taking that as a good sign. I am skipping breakfast, drinking crystal light and peppermint tea, taking FA and using RePhresh.
So here are my questions. DH will be getting home on Friday evening and leaving Monday afternoon. I am set to ovulate on Tuesday. Do you rec using RePhresh a few hours before we dtd? I am also curious to hear your opinions on FR or abstaining given our situation. If we decide FR then he will *ahem* take care of that while he is on his own. Since we will have been apart for 2 weeks when he comes home I would say that abstaining will be impossible for him.
Thank you all so much for your thoughts and opinions! I am so thankful that I found this site!
