Sorry to bomard the boards with yet another question but if the LE diet is vegetarian, we can eat veggie food, right? I've got some veggie sausage and burgers and they're made with soya. So are they okay??

By the way, I've got some apple juice now. Copella Cloudy Apple... yay!

as long as you stick with the limit of the diet soy is ok
