Please help, video of 13 week ultrasound scan

I just had my 13 week ultrasound this week, I need some help, I have no idea what it might be. The doctor didn´t say anything at all.... Unfortunately you can only see the skull and some potty pics. But any guesses are helpful

I think 13 weeks potty shot is too early personally.... I don't think I would trust a 13 week potty shot for myself.... Do you have any pics? Nub pics?
