I am considering the Harmony test at 12wks, which results are equivalent to the amniocentesis. It costs £400 but due to my advanced age (37) I am thinking of investing. It's a very new test and I wonder if anyone had it done. I was told they wouldn't reveal the gender to me. Was anyone given this information?

And? Did you do the Bloodtest? Was the outcome correct?

We have the same test in Belgium and if I get pregnant I want to use that test too (I have to travel from holland to Belgium for the test) so I would like to know if its really accurate.......

Hi Lisvna, yes I had them done and it was worth it, I definitely have less worry now. It confirmed baby was fine but they wouldn't tell the gender. However they made a gender assumption based on the 12 wks scan. They thought it was a girl and 16 wks scan said the same. Fingers crossed its confirmed in 2 wks time on 20wks scan. Good luck with your pregnancy!

Yes I got it done but I am in the US, I haven't gotten the results yet, my sister got it done(US also) and they gave her the gender results but being 12 weeks she hasn't gotten an u/s to confirm it yet,
