I am hopeless, but I have reasons.
I have always been very thin and a huge eater. Eating what I want, all the time and not gaining an ounce!
Because of this, I'm really struggling to figure out how to count my calories for the day (well, for each meal too). :oops:
I am taking to the LE diet well, surprisingly but truly, I have no idea if Im within my limits or not. TBH, I think I'm way under :(
Please help and explain it all to me. I need people that can break it all down easily. Let's pretend you are explaining calorie counting to your toddler :)
