View Full Version : Does when your AF start predict when you'll O?

I've heard people say that you can predict what time of day you will O by what time of day your AF started. For instance, AF starts in the afternoon so a few days later I would O in the afternoon as well. Is there any truth to that or is it just a cruel myth to give us hope? If it's true, that would make things waaaaaay easier but something's telling me there is no truth to this. Can someone out there set the record straight?

Sorry...My post title should read: "Does when your AF starts predict when you'll O?" - forgot the "s"...Regardless, it sounds cumbersome either way...

No, there is nothing to that at all. You O when your hormones are right to trigger the surge and millions of things can affect that (which is why getting stressed or even something as small as a cold sore can delay O).

Thanks Atomic! Didn't think it was that simple but had to ask.

I don't believe that. For sure it's not like it for me.
