Sorry, I have no idea where to post this.

I'm really wondering if it's just me. I'm a boy mom and I love the gym. Well I've been to four gyms in two different states and each one of them, in the childcare area is mostly boys. I would say each time I have dropped my kids off there is probably 1 girl to every 12-15 boys. It's shocking how many MORE boys are in there. One gym I went to for a while, there were two girls in there most of the time one belonged to a lady who just started working out and the other little girl belonged to a spin instructor.
I'm wondering if I am the only person who has noticed this. If you boy moms go to the gym a lot like me peek in the childcare room! I am convinced working out sways very hard b/c my family does not work out, just tiny by nature and there is only one other boy in my side aside from my kids, but DH's family the women work out and they are all boys over there.

I am a lazy couch potato and I have three so I don't know.... Interesting tho.... I thought it was more likely to have a girl when working out

Depends on the work out doesn't it? Purely lots of cardio sways girl, but moderate and weight building heightens testosterone and sways boy.
But more to the point, you have child are in gyms?!?! I would go to the gym if that were the case here PMSL!!

happypixi yes we have childcare here...i'm on the east coast of the US now but yeah we do a lot of gyms provide it free which is awesome. on the military bases they just have a room where kids play and parents watch them.

It would depend on the workout I would think but I have noticed that when back home, and while up here and on bases. Stroller running groups back in Japan, would be mostly girls but in gyms.. all boys for the most part. I mean maybe 1 or 2 girls thrown in.

very few people do the intense enough exercise to sway pink.

also if you eat a lot of calories you can still sway blue even with intense exercise

it's not what you do that sway, it's the effects what you do has on your body,so the big picture matters.
