So babymaking was done yesterday on day 15. Before BM I didn't have anything to eat and I had a load of caffeine and aspartame. I waited until an hour later and I had some chicken as I've been waiting over 2 weeks to eat something I actually like.:hair:

Now I'm on my 2ww, can I start eating my normal food? I'm dying for chips and gravy!!!

The only thing with eating something you like now is that you may not conceive this month then you will only have two weeks on the diet... I would have a cheat day the day your period arrives... Is this your first month? How long have you been doing the diet now?

I have been trying for four months and TTC is doing my head in and I feel so low it's ridiculous. I can't cope with anything over 2 weeks on the diet but I never eat brekkie, I love caffeine and alcohol. I've probably screwed things up big time by cheating before but I needed a break!

I'd love a little princess so much but I've been doing the diet (sort of LE, sort of IG) since day one of TTC and I usually get pregnant quickly, yet I'm not now. I think the diet is stressing me out to be honest. If I have a little boy and he is healthy, he'll be the love of my life and nothing less. Of course I want a girly, but a baby is better than no baby isn't it, regardless of gender? I'm starting to think all of this is having a negative effect on my fertility.

So anyway, 2 weeks is better than nothing isn't it?

you can have a cheat within reason but try to keep blood sugar levels lower

xx prefer low glucose until implantation

if diet is wrecking your life then it is not worth it.

It's not the diet, but TTC is feeling like a chore because it's taking a while and everything is just making me feel low. I can't get a positive OPK, so I may be having anovulatory cycles, who knows?

Oh and now that I'm on my desktop just to elaborate, it's best not to eat normally until you're sure you're pregnant. You can cheat within reason, a little bit, but it's good to keep blood sugar levels low until 7 DPO. Do be careful with sodium though, don't go from 0 to 60 with sodium, kind of ease into it a bit jsut for the sake of your health and your potential baby's.

I presume you mean my BBT chart? I don't have one online but I don't have a peak or a dip in temperature, it just stays pretty much even. I usually have it vary between 34.6 and 34.7, but it's not much of a peak and happens various times in the month and no positive OPKs.
