I'm still trying to brainstorm names, and was wondering what middle name you chose for your daughter if you named her Ava?

I don't have a daughter but I know a lot of Ava's. I think the prettiest combination I've heard is Ava Juliet

Thank you all so much for the replies! :agree: Keep 'em coming, ladies! :)

Oh and jark - it's so funny you mentioned that, because that's the name combo that my hubby loves the most and is totally pushing for. ;)

A friend of mine has an Ava Grace which seems to be a popular combo so I'd go with something a little different. Maybe Ava Noelle or Ava Liana or Ava Kathryn.

How about Ava May or Ava Lucia? Not sure what your thoughts are on Marie...

I love the name Ava May or Ava Rose. I'd be worried with Ava Marie because it sounds like Ave Maria (as in the song).

I agree! :agree: I'm not a huge fan of the name Marie anyway, but when DH suggested it, I said the same thing: sounds too close to Ave Maria.

So, we've decided that DD is definitely going to be named Ava. Still deciding on middle names, so feel free to keep the suggestions coming! ;)

Here are some that we have on our list.....

Ava Eliana (I love this because it's the two girl names I loved the most, but do they sound good together??)

Ava Juliette

Ava Sophia

Ava Katherine

Ava Elizabeth

Ava Noelle

Ava Juliana

Ava Madeline or Ava Madelyn

Ava Lilliana

What do you think? Do any of those sound nice? Any more suggestions?

I have an Ava Rose. I like Ava Elizabeth. A short first name with a longer middle name. Good luck.

I can't do Ava Rose because my niece is Emma Rose (too similar in my opinion). I like the longer middle names with the shorter first name, too.

I made a list that people can vote on (for both my twins), if anyone is interested. You can find it here: Sweetpea's Baby Name List (http://www.babynames.com/Names/namelist_view.php?VNLID=9600216)
