Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I did followed the LE diet for 8 weeks, then my BMI got too low and then I also decided I wasn't positive that I wanted to sway so my diet was really half hearted. I skipped breakfast and did not eat any meat but I didn't count calories (although I never go over board anyway) and I still tried to keep sodium low. But over all after 8 weeks, I just ate what I wanted to (I don't eat meat anyway)

8 weeks of LE diet and then 4 of relaxed lazy LE
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No

Drank lots of CL with me

Lost 10lbs really fast but then maintained it because I didn't want to lose anymore....NO exercise

We did FR the first 2 months but like 16 days in a row, and I just wasn't getting pregnant so we cut the FR down by more than half and got our BFP

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
The thing that makes me feel great is that through prayer and other events, I think I finally am comfortable with have 4 boys if it is meant to be......Still skipped breakfast and did not eat meat. Other than that...I guess my supplements and Crystal Light
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I stopped counting my calories and ate whatever I wanted really and so I snacked more than I probably should. I used rephresh 4 days before O so if this swimmer came before O day then my PH may have helped but if it was from O day then the rephresh was out and I'm probably having a boy.....I'm sure its a boy and I am just going to plan on it and if it's a girl. I'll be pleasantly surprised. It's just with my BMI, if I kept losing weight I would risk infertility!
Things worth mentioning:
I did drink peppermint tea AF-CD10 because the cycle before I was drinking it until projected O day but it delayed O.
