If yes to diet, which one did you most follow? Lot of greens, spinach, fruits (lots of banana), TON of lemon water, red meat, zero dairy!
Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I ate a lot just ate healthy greens, veggies, fruits.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
5 months
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Never
Did DH change his diet with you?
yes! zero dairy was hard for him
Comments regarding DH's diet-
lots of red meat
DId you consume alcohol?•occationally
DId you try to limit caffeine?
i actually stopped drinking sodas (they are very acidic)

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
110lbs
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
Strength training with weights 3 times week

pH Before Starting a Sway Program, if known
very low ph so i had to use just a little egg whites on attempt
Any potions used? baking soda mixed with water rinse 15 min before attept also used just a little egg white right before bedding

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
using egg whites bc i have low ph
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
you just never know.. swaying isnt 100%, never sway unless your going to be okay with both genders.:)
Most importanly.. Pray! Always remember that God gives you what you need, not always what you want. If I had gotten what I wanted in the past, I wouldnt have my two beautiful daughters who are my world. :)
