Aci-jel..do you really have to store it below 25 degrees?

Just received my aci-jel balance...so excited. I did notice though that it said keep at 25 degree temp. Is that true?

Well, I would observe what is on the packeage as "true", I suppose if we believe everything we read ;)
I have it too (I'm not sure it says Balance...will have to take a look) and I live in a steady 85 degree temperature but I just store it in a cool dark cupboard and feel perfectly fine with that.

I think it is Celsius temperature and not Fahrenheit

it comes from Australia.
