I know this is asked regularly, sorry.
Was disturbed during the night by DH and then our youngest. Usual temp time is 6am - I was disturbed at 3am.
I kept my eyes closed and tried to stay still and asleep but felt awake so took my temp, checked time 3am fell back to sleep.
Woke with alarm at 6am as norm and took temp again.
Which temp should I use?

I would take the second one. I take my temps at 4am and get up at 3 very often to go to the bathroom but that doesn't seem to change my temps.

I'd also use the second one but make a mental note of it (or a note on your chart) that it may not be an accurate temp.
I hope it is though! :fx: that looks pg

Thanks Atomic, both temps were higher so it's win win but second temp was slightly higher than first :)
