Do they deliver to Australia? So how many capsules would you take?

The Bernard Jensen is also the gelatin that we used for our blue sway for our 2yo. I think the caps are a great idea if you need an easy way to take it!

I don't know if they deliver it to Australia sorry. Don't remember how much we were taking but I know it was a bunch.

The gelatin I take does not state bovine or anything like that? Would it still be just as good? :S

It doesn't have to be bovine, that's only for people who don't eat pork. The vegetarian gelatin will say that it's vegetarian (and it costs more too!)

Doesn't say vegetarian so guessing it's not that? I don't pork but do eat red meat?

If you don't eat pork than you should stick with the bovine kind - for those who do, just regular gelatin is dandy.

hmmm bummer, I can not find any in store other than what I have already.. should I eat pork each week then?

No, not at all, unless you like it. It's just that some people DON'T eat pork for religious or personal reasons and since reg. gelatin often has pork bones in it, they choose to use beef gelatin rather than regular gelatin.

Bacon is great for blue but you don't have to eat pork unless you really like it.

I don't mind bacon, just don't like the taste of other pork products like roast pork or pork cutlets etc.
Not a big fan of any meat lol

Am I ok to stick with the gelatin I have been having even if it is not the knox kind?

Yes, that's fine! We have gotten sidetracked here somehow and I'm not quite sure how. I'm sorry if I confused anyone!!

Nutshell version - any animal-based gelatin is fine for TTC blue. For those who choose not to eat pork, you can find kosher or bovine gelatin BUT anyone who does eat pork can just get regular old gelatin, it works just the same. The only thing you need to avoid (and you don't even need to AVOID it, it just doesn't have the same chemistry as regular gelatin and so doesn't raise testosterone) is the seaweed-based vegan gelatins and those are much more expensive, may not even be sold at your grocer anyway, and will say "vegetarian" right on them.
