I started taking Vitex(800mg twice a day) and Saw Palmetto(160mg standardized). My mood has stabalized, my AF has gone from 3 days to 5 days (I did spot on day 6, 10, and 11) and, the big deal for me, my Luteal phase has increased from 8-10 days to 11 days! My LP has never been above 10! I have been taking it from AF-AF as I am very careful not to conceive until May. Just thought I would share for educational purposes. :D

K..I am slightly worried. The lengthened lp stresses me out. I keep thinking "what if"...then different scenarios pop through my head. I have not started the le diet yet and have been taking my usual vitamins. The only thing different is I don't eat until noon and I added saw palmetto and vitex to my vitamin regimen....today is 11dpo and still no af. Last month it started on dpo 11. Tossing it up to increased LP. The only thing is the last two days I spotted super light leaving a brown tinge. TMI  typical implantation?

The SP can be a blood thinner and may make you a little more "spotty" after AF than normal - it should shake itself out after a month or so.
:) Yay for good LP!
