12w NT Scan *added another pic* help a mom of 4 girls

This is the best picture we got. The baby was moving around alot and my uterus is very tilted back. She had a hard time just getting the measurements. Do you see a nub? I think I do but its just not the best picture. What are your guesses? Thanks so much!

here is the second picture. I'm so bummed I didn't get clear nub pic's:( Even during the scan I could not see a clear nub. I was watching lol.

It is hard to tell where the nub is exactly but i feel like its a girl from what i can see.
