I'm not in the UK but I use to buy mine through amazon.com, the one I took was in powder form.

Im sure you can find capsules somewhere, much easier to take, unless you like the taste of grass, its not too bad.

Thank u ladies!

Another question.. I have a packet of Belvitas every morning with half a cup of tea, after eating my breakfast. Would this affect my sway at all?

I also have a pudding maybe once a week.. Does this affect?

Huds,

I am in Ireland and Holland and Barrett have the powder, but I couldn't take that. I ordered the capsules from

Wheatgrass, Wheatgrass Powder, Wheat Grass Tablets, Organic Greens, Organic Food, Wheatgrass Suppliers, Wheatgrass Juice - www.wheatgrass.ie (http://www.wheatgrass.ie/?gclid=CNLrjNTS-7QCFcW9zAodN0AAPQ)

Not sure if they deliver to the UK but you can always ask.

I am sure a belvita after your breakfast occassionally is OK. There isn't much protein in them so there are better snacks to have. Pudding after dinner is fine too as you have already had a lot of protein with your main meal to keep your blood sugar stable.

Yes i think the tablets would be better.. Does anyone know if there are any side affects? Would it affect the baby at all?

No it's just packed full of healthy greens. But I wouldn't stop it cold turkey when you get pregnant as it's bad to cut nutrients like that without weaning off them.
