I am investigating, but information are huge...can any "expert" of you who already does the diet, tell me how much of cranbberies supplement to take per day...400mg, 500mg, 600mg??? some pills have more, some less, I am confused...I dont want to take too much and harm my health...I would appreciate your tip, info...many thanks!!!

No, I completely understand!!! 1500-10,000 mg a day. This is based on the ’equal to fresh fruit’ equivalent, not the amount given on the bottle. Try to find a supplement that lists the ‘equal to fresh fruit’ quantity right on the label.

Cranberry can be a blood thinner, so start off with the lowest dose and see how it affects you. If you get a lower pH from the smaller amount, don't take more.
