I don't put much into the Ramzi theory. It never seems to be more than 50% accurate. But going off that theory for your pic- I would guess girl.

I thought if the baby was attached to the left girl and right boy? This was a vaginal ultrasound so the image is as is. Right? Is ramzi accurcacy high? Thanks so much.

it's not where the baby is located it's where the placenta is located....I would also guess boy! :DS:

That looks very similar to my 7 week ultrasound with ds3, so I'm guessing boy.

The theory has reasonable evidence, but you absolutely need to know if you have a coronal image, otherwise there is no info about left/right. If this is a coronal image it would suggest boy.
