If we BD and then after 4 hours the spermies have
Arrived at their waiting post.. How is keeping vaginal ph

you're right, you don't need to. Sperm don't wait in there.. the majority of the ones which are capable of fertilising the egg are into the cervix within 5 minutes anyway and once they're gone it doesn't matter what the pH is on the outside

in some ways I think that's why a supplement such as aspirin that lowers pH might be good, because it will lower pH right through the reproductive tract

thanks rainbow....so if i was doing other things to lower ph besides douching and replens etc...like crystal light, cranberry..then those things would continue to benefit the girl sperm that were waiting for the egg if in fact low ph does benefit girl sperm?

I don't think it wouldn affect the ones already waiting in the fallopian tubes because the body ensures that a good environment is created in there to sustain them, but it might continue to affect them as they go through the uterus

Yeah I don't think you have to worry about your ph after attempt. I wouldn't even check. Just use rephresh applications, antihistamines, and baby aspirin Those thing actually lower ph from the inside out. Diet of course does also and is the most effective at keeping ph low. Not even sure how much ph sways. Maybe it's the being acidic that sways more? We don't know the answers but just don't worry about ph after attempt. Will only raise T levels and for no good reason either! ;P

"WE" don't, that is a recommendation from ingender that makes no sense biologically.

I have an essay called the pH pickle that explains why in depth.
