I've been on the LE diet since the beginning of December. I cheated a lot on Christmas but since then I've only cheated a few times. I'm trying to so much better but I'm having trouble getting enough calories. I'm eating lots of veggies that don't count. Since they don't count I'm worried that I'm not getting enough. I'm on the shorter side and my goal is 1300-1600 cals. If I'm at 1200-1250 with not counting the veggies should I be concerned? Should I just eat a mini candy bar or two to up my cals? In the first 2 weeks I lost 4lbs but I've held steady since. Any recs on what I should do? I can lose about another 5lbs but that's all. Thank you!

I typed this on my phone so sorry for any typos!

As long as your meeting your targets for protein and fat by all means make up the rest of your cals with sweets. Yum!

try and plan your day, i'd spend all day eating nothing and then find myself with loads over!

sweets, ice lollies, mergunines, toast and jam, snack a jacks, rice cakes and jam, vino
