I've been using progesterone cream from
The beginning of my cycle twice a day.
After reading some
Of atomics stuff I don't want to use it anymore.
Can someone tell me how to safely stop? I haven't ovulated
Yet.
Thanks

if you haven't ovulated yet you can probably stop now, but would be better to stop with the next AF

If your doctor has prescribed it, please talk with him/her before doing that.

You should NEVER EVER EVER be taking progesterone cream before ovulation, it can delay your O and inhibit egg development. You are supposed to be low in progesterone before ovulation. (not trying to chastise you, just so everyone who reads this thread knows.)
What CD are you? If you're due to O within 3 days, I think you should wait to see if your body is able to get the egg out even with the prog cream and then you should continue the cream until AF is due (if BFN) or throughout the entire first trimester of pregnancy and then graduallly wean off (if BFP).
If you're not going to O for several days then just quit it cold turkey. Prog. is important after ovulation, not before. Before ovulation it just screws stuff up.

She's using it for swaying, right? This is the over the counter cream that some people use thinking it sways pink.
If a doctor prescribed prog cream to be used before ovulation, get a second opinion.
