Sorry to be annoying, but I'm trying not to stress about this so I'd like to hear some more thoughts. My chart hasn't been very drastic but I've heard some peoples charts don't show massive jumps for O.

What do you think?

So can you still have lots of cramping, EWCM and an High open cervix and still not O?

What happens MsBlakely is that your body geared up to O but then, for whatever reason, it doesn't.
Chances are it will still happen and when it does your chart really will reflect it :agree:

It really is so frustrating for you x

Your temps don't indicate that you have O'd yet.
You can O somewhere between 2 days before temp rise and 1 day after. So basically you could have O'd if you had all the symptoms and temps could go up in the next one or two days but we cannot tell yet for sure. This is also why some people have a positive hpt as early as 7-8 dpo. You can NEVER tell for sure how many dpo you are just by taking temps.

Alright, I guess I'll have to wait and see. It appears the OPK's are getting more and more negative as the days go one so if it hasn't already happening I don't have much hope!

OH Mrs Blakely this just sucks :hair:

I'm the opposite of you, I had 4 days of +opks and just as confused as what I did do BD wise would have had any affect what-so-ever, its gonna be a long 2 weeks;)

I know, I'm so over it! I obviously can't do this diet because I'm already way to underweight. If I cut back on any of the recommended areas I lose weight = no ovulation.. which I'm hoping is the reason I didn't O this month.. that's at least easily fixed! I went out and had my first big hamburger and fries meal for over 2 months. I'm done with swaying I think... can't keep messing with my cycles and it seems swaying = cycle problems. I've been like clockwork until the last two months so I don't know what to do anymore... I just want a baby!

Good luck to you, you never know how long those little swimmers last for so you could get lucky :)

Glad you got a burger...so did I last night! Although next time will leave off the onions, I was burping onion for hours :)

And I understand everything you are saying ((hugs))

My body is sooo regretting it right now! I haven't eaten anything remotely "Bad" for months so I feel so gross! I guess that's good, won't be as tempted! I just want AF to come now. I don't know what's going on with my body. I've been cramping like crazy for the last week, but this happened last month so I no longer consider it a pregnancy sign. Just ready to move up and on!

It's too hard to sway when you're under weight. My bmi wasn't quite as low as yours but I got down to 16.5 and I had a 31 day cycle (I have had 25 day cycles all my life) my body geared up to O and didn't then tried again 4 days later and I finally O'd but it freaked me out that I knew my body was having trouble ovulating so I dropped the calorie counting aspect of the diet but still skipped meats and breakfast and tried not to eat a ton of sodium. I gained a few lbs and the next cycle I O'd normally and got my BFP! It's just too hard on our bodies when we are underweight.

For some reason when you click on my chart it never shows the updated version. What you see in the little pic is up to date, just might not show the same when you click the link.

Your situation is inspiring - I've been really worried I've messed stuff up for good. I'm sticking to the no snack/skipping breakfast.. low salt, no meat.. but I'm going to return to my normal meals that have some protein from beans etc. because the low protein is definitely keeping me from gaining weight. I really hope all returns to normal next month. I've had such bad period like cramps so I know something is going on.. whether it's O, my body mad that I didn't O, but stuff just doesn't feel normal. I'm hoping my situation is very similar to yours and I get a BFP next month because I still don't see O on my chart

I'm happy my story gives you a little hope! How are you temping orally or vaginally? In your chart it looked like things were going up and then came back down. If you are temping orally, I suggest trying vaginally it is more consistent an less variables that can affect your temp. I really hope you can pin point the issue. Not to get your hopes up, but if for some reason you did O (only if temps weren't taken correctly, because temp shift is necessary) then cramping can be a good sign. The ONLY symptom I had was strong AF like cramping 4 and 5 DPO.

I'm temping orally and have been wondering about how accurate. I don't know if I sleep with my mouth open at all.. which I've read can effect and our room has been a lot colder the last two nights so I'm wondering if that's making any difference. Next month I will try vaginally!

I know nothing about temping but from my chart 6 days ago when it dropped down, that's when I was feeling lots of O pains etc. so I was sure I O'd but then others have said it's not high enough so it can't be O. I have nooo clue what's going on so it'll be nice for AF to come (or not if for some reason I'm really lucky at got a bfp) so I can try and figure it out.

So happy everything worked out for you and you got you BFP. I remember you saying you were worried about losing O and had a few BFN's so I was so happy to hear you got a +

you can't mess stuff up permanently with a few weeks or even months of diet.

I agree that you have not ovulated yet.

eat some fat and see if we can coax the egg out.

The last two days I haven't counted cals but stuck with minimal protein, salt, nutrients etc. and eaten lots of desserts so hopefully that helps!!

+ OPK this morning with FMU... I know that's not allowed but I thought I'd try it out (I think I did it one other day this cycle and it was negative) My question is.. yesterday I test at 11:30 and it was a medium positive so I'm wondering if that FMU would have been positive too..

Here's my chart..

Now I feel like it's looking like I may have O'd yesterday? Which is just lovely because there was no BD and he's already gone for work so we won't have a change until he gets back late tonight.. Looks like the burger and fries from sunday may have kicked things into high gear, but you can assure that will be under my "things that worry me about my sway" if I ever get a BFP :)

it's likely that FMU would have been positive yesterday too then. I know the hormone is meant to peak in the early afternoon, but I always got my strongest results on OPKs using FMU too. If you're getting creamy today but temp is still low I think OV would have been early hours of this morning

I've had small amount of CM this cycle in general but I think today is still EWCM.. Can I still take my temp today throughout the day to see if it stays high? would that mean ovulation last night at some point was more likely?

Can you post updates on your chart??

Only the morning temperature will help.

My Ovulation Chart (http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/41ae13/)

Here's my chart as of this morning... FF finally chose when it thinks I O'd... now to wait and see as AF is due on Monday (if I were having a 28 day cycle) but considering I O'd on CD22 I'm not sure what's going to happen!

(for some reason the when you go to the link it never shows my completed chart...but the thumbnail pic is accurate)

well, i know i'm a bit lare getting back to you, and unfortunately I'm still not totally sure if you Oed on that first big temp dip or the second. If you think you Oed on the first temp dip, you should take a pg test because that looks like implantation dip to me. Your temps are dropping a bit tho so maybe not.
