Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I followed the FGD strictly, and also became vegetarian, but gave that up a couple of days before ovulation. After I gave that up I stayed within the meat limits of the FGD. For the first few months I tried to follow some LE principles too by choosing low fat foods, but stopped that a couple of days before ovulation too. I skipped breakfast and only ate 2 main meals and a mini meal before bed.
I cheated once, on New Years Eve, by swapping my veg, fruit, meat and coffee allowance for 3 glasses of wine.
I accidentally ate a pork chop that was seasoned on Ovulation day. I didn't realise, I was very annoyed about it afterwards.

3 and a half months before ovulation

I drank twice only, the wine on New years Eve, and an Irish coffee on ovulation day. I only had tea or coffee once a week max.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
7st 9 oz, that's 107lbs.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
That is my lowest conception weight. I lost about 4-5lbs over the course of the diet but was probably just maintaining when I conceived.

I took 15 drops of vitex tincture twice a day from AF to O, dropped it down to 10 drops a few days before O.
I took 800mg of calcium and 300mg of magnesium.
I took 400mcg of folic acid until Ovulation, and then upped it to 800 mcg. DH took Olive leaf extract.
Did you do anything with Ions?

I slept on my right hand side.
I have a baby girl dress in my wardrobe.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
To be honest, not much. It was a very lazy sway.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
The fact that I loosened up my diet a few days before I ovulated. I was just so fed up, I thought I was going to ovulate late this month, so I started eating a small amount of meat and drinking full cream milk.
The accidental eating of the seasoned pork chop upsets me.
I'm also nervous because I used vitex. I know plenty of people have conceived girls on it, but I have conceived two boys on it before and originally didn't want to include it in my sway.
I didn't include timing or frequency, or use rephresh.
Things worth mentioning:
The things I did differently from when I conceived my boys were:
Not using preseed
No big O
Less attempts around O
Didn't bd doggie style
No prenatals
No fertility boosting supplements (except for the vitex)
So even though I didn't do much to sway I'm hoping the things I didn't do this time will make a difference.
