:kiss:Thank you SO MUCH for talking to them jj - I wish I could clone myself and hunt down all the info out there but I am afraid some things slip thorugh the cracks! THANK YOU x 1,000,000 for finding this info out.:HH:
I also lost a lot of weight on Chitoslim when I took it years ago and it also helps keep the "plumbing clear" which is a real problem when TTC pink!:suprise:
I totally agree with your assessment, not only will it help us to lose weight but will also reduce the amount of essential fats and fat-soluble vitamins that raise testosterone, and help with hormones too.

It's your call to make, I do think the Chitosan will help with the Vit. D.
I really think that looks like a great sway plan.
The prob. with the eggs and the dairy is that they still have an awful lot of protein - protein maintains muscle mass. There is only like 6 g protein in a whole egg, so I would eat them if it helps you stick to the diet. Try for 40 g and not much more. If you are losing weight, you can get away with more, you're still prob. losing muscle mass as you lose weight.

I think I might stick to more yogurt too and less milk, because of what we read about sour milks and yogurts not building muscle and possible stripping muscle away.
Why do they recommend greek yogurt over regular yogurt in the girl diet? I was at the store and it seems to have more protein and potassium (I think it has more potassium from what I remember seeing) than regular yogurt.
I have to watch the carb intake though for me. It seems to really make me gain weight. I can't be eating a lot of bread, especially white bread.
That Greek Yogurt thing I have wondered about as well. I think ~some~ brands might have less potassium but it ain't much less. Plus, the protein is more and the fat content in some of them is REALLY significant. I don't think the IGers believe in protein the way that I do.
Hey, no worries about the bread. You don't need it - no magic foods!! Eat veggies instead.

Atomic I just had a thought as I am looking for supplements to order online? Will Chitosan effect the absorption of magnesium? It is not fat soluble right? It is a mineral? What about the other supplements on the girl diet, do you think Chitosan will effect absorption rates?
Magnesium is a mineral and should not be affected by the Chitosan. The fat soluble vitamins A,D and E and then the fatty acids are what the Chitosan will eliminate.

I agree! Milk has a lot of sugar in it too (the milk sugar is digested by the yogurt organisms) so I think overall yogurt is better for a sway than milk.

Take it starting as far in advance of your sway as possible with any meal containing fat. Meals with no fat, the Chitosan won't do anything and it's pointless.
