Hello all. I found this group on internet and glad to see a lot of info on girl swaying. Myself and my friend have tried all kinds of tricks for swaying including diets, acidity what not but either are not getting prego or end up with boys.
We kinda lost faith in all of this. Can someone add something new to this old discussion. Positive ideas please.

Mom to four boys. Tired of running around them, lol!

welcome!!
swaying definitely does work, but it's not 100% unfortunately. You can still get opposites with a strong sway and there's a fine line between doing enough to sway and doing too much that you don't get pregnant
diet has been proven to sway best, and on here we've seen very good results with the LE diet that Atomic created based on scientific research studies that show certain aspects to work. I.e. lower calorie, lower nutrient (to make your body think that times are hard and that a girl would be the safest bet), low fat and protein, vegetarian, and skipping breakfast. All of those aspects have been proved to sway with studies. More info here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-conceive-girl/16780-low-everything-diet-nutshell-version.html
lower sperm count is also shown to sway pink. douches/lower pH can help with this, but so can getting your OH to lower his count using frequency (i.e. abstaining for a week, or releasing every day), jump and dump after BD, etc
if you've been trying the timing/Shettles approach that is probably explaining why you haven't been getting pregnant, because cut offs are no longer thought to sway but can drastically lower your chance of conception

Um! We've already wasted significant part of our lives on these potions and drinks. Been dat, done dat kind of attitude is there. My hubba's stopped listening to me on any of this.
We already knew of shettles's bs, so we did't bother. Don't want to go for any charts like Jonas or Chinese either. IVF is out of question.
Considering Yoga or any other simple approach. Something should be out there. Something fresh and sensible. Accupunture? Any opinions?

there's no one thing which will magically make you conceive a particular gender, or even significantly increase the chances, if there were we'd have found it already! lots of things increase chances by a little bit, though.
For example, the Oxford Study showed that women who skip breakfast every day are 60% likely to have a girl! So doing that, along with tricking your body that times are hard (and since boys are more vulnerable, less of a good bet) you can increase it further. Diets themselves have been shown to be 70-80% effective in some cases.
I think I read somewhere that low sperm count itself increases the likelihood of having a daughter by 5%. Small chances, but we try this anyway as perhaps they are cumulative to some extent.
I know you've tried the diet before, but luck plays a part too. even if you get an opposite it doesn't mean that diet doesn't sway, just that you weren't lucky enough to be in that 70%.
We know for certain that some things do sway, but that doesn't guarantee anything. The only way to guarantee is by PGD.

Hi there. We offer not endorse no "potions" or magic here. Our swaying methodology is based on the Trivers Willard Hypothesis which is a study that shows how the gender of our offspring can be influenced by certain conditions.
We offer a Custom Swaying Plan service if you don't want to spend any more time researching and this is the format the plan follows-
http://genderdreaming.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/12/Member-Personalized-Swaying-Plan-and-Schedule2.pdf
After you complete 2 questionnaires, we fill in all the detail specific to your current lifestyle.
Yoga is great for improving fertility and boosting fertility can actually sway boy.

Thanks nuttingbutpink for the link. I saw that. Right now we simply don't want to see any of these.
Wondering why would yoga sway for one gender. What is the logic there?
I also read the three essays by atomic sagebrush about swaying. Nice effort put in there. Even she says there is nothing cut and dry in swaying and that an over-do can kill you.
Actually I followed atomic's plan from ingender site but it didn't work for us. I was amazed she is here too.
How come nobody here likes my posts?

Anything that is designed to increase overall health, increase muscle would work towards swaying for a boy.
Atomic has refined her swaying plans and we offer the Personalized Plans because there is no true one-size fits all sway- there is certainly a general methodology that can be followed but we are all individuals with individual chemistry.
We have begun keeping stats, although sways are varied, basic concepts still hold true for the premise of the sways. We are running at around 62% effective for a girl(I see there are more confirmed girls today do that may increase as they add their info) but most that come here looking for help have been successful 0% thus far so I believe we are doing something right. I would hope to get to 70% and that will likely be the best we can offer with swaying and I would be very proud of that number.
Yoga isn't going to be the answer for how to have a girl. It's not that simple unfortunately. Swaying isn't easy and it takes a lot of effort and work.

I think there are many others who may have a secret clue to a girl. Please email me privately at soniachatrath@ymail.com if you have **something different** to say. Thanks.

Oh yes, I'll definitely share. No pun intended. We are just not in a mood to talk about diet plans right now.

^ if anyone else knows this please tell me too.
Sonia have you looked at the latest clomid stats BTW? 10 out of 11 swayers on here who tried that in combination with the LE diet had girls (that we know of so far, there are more clomid swayers waiting to find out gender at the moment)
over 90% pink is good odds

Thanks for the article.
I read it. Clomephene raises chances of female by 76.4% and gonadotropins by 75.7% and if used both then by 88%.
Whereas it is exciting, what happens to babies. Is there any study following the health of such babies?
I just don't want my baby to suffer due to my craze.
Thanks once again. Good find.
Still looking for a bit natural way to get a girl.

Natural method would be the diet which apparently you don't want to hear about there is no magic light switch that is going to get you your desired gender that's why it's called swaying... Your only magic switch that will get you ur girl is ivf

clomid has been used for such a long time (20+ years) I believe if there were health implications to a baby we'd know about them already
Does Clomid pose any risk to your fetus? A closer look at the side effects (http://www.trying-to-conceive.com/fertility/fertility-problems/does-clomid-pose-any-risk-to-your-fetus-a-closer-look-at-the-side-effects/)

Convincing but usually these articles are paid for by pharm companies. The comments at the end of the above mentioned article must also be read carefully.
I am looking at another better option sent to my email by one of readers here (promised not to name her). Need some time to sort these out.

what's the other option you've heard about? you don't need to name her, but I'm curious to know what has better odds than that and is easier to get than that... (I'm still planning my sway too, and so far clomid seems like it'll be my best shot)

Well, we do have a different approach, it's not the same old same old thing. We are all about the sensible around here. Here's a link as to why we are different from the "other guys". http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/7507-ig-vs-gd-swaying-whats-difference-who-atomic-sagebrush-anyway.html
Unfortunately if you're looking for a magic bullet approach like a yoga position or acupuncture, none exist. Clomid is the closest thing to a magic bullet and it's not anywhere near 100%.
If swaying doesn't float your boat any more, no worries. You still have a great chance at a girl even if you do nothign and just TTC. All these people walking around out there who have girls without even thinking about it, don't do anything.

I'm not sure if you are selling something or what, but I'm so terribly sorry that swaying didn't work out for you the first time. I get the vibe that you may have an axe to grind against me and that's as it may be, I've said many a time I'm fine with people blaming me when their sways fail. But just for anyone who knows, I've learned gobs since my time on IG and have finetuned things quite a lot from those days - not to mention that on IG I had to play by their rules way way more than I do here and include things I don't even believe in.
Aside from that, my goal has NEVER been "a girl at all costs", my goal has been a sane and safe sway even if that means that we have a few percentage points less success rate. If anyone has a prob. with that, there are other sites out there.
ANYONE who promises a magical guarantee of a certain gender is not being truthful.

I wouldn't be surprised if this poster WAS from Urobiologics. Sounds very very similar.
