I have no idea if these are both the same but Just wandered which one was best to take ttc girl?

THought they probably were just me being thick lol. So is it best to take them every time i bd and days leading up to O? i get them on prescription as get bad hayfever and allergies to cats lol

I don't have the directions in front of me right this sec but I think it is, "take them every day you have EWCM and/or 5 days around O, whichever is longer"
