View Full Version : Could I get some Ramzi guesses?

I will be having my 20 week ultrasound in a few weeks, and I was just looking at my ultrasound from 7 weeks, and thought I'd post it to get some Ramzi guesses. I don't put a lot of weight into the Ramzi theory, but it couldn't hurt to get some different opinions. Thanks in advance.8609

girl, if assuming the image wasn't flipping, which it's impossible to know unless the tech told you.

Thanks, ladies! Inky, I wish I would have asked whether the image was flipped. I can tell you that the image I saw on the screen looked the same. Also, I have a picture of my 7 week ultrasound with ds3 that was done by the same tech on the same machine, and the baby is on the other side. Here is that pic:8612
I'm not sure if that means anything, but it makes me slightly hopeful!

I think that your son's picture is a different view of the uterus (notice the shape difference). My guess would be that the one you have now is a sagittal image (the uterus looks like a bean), and thus won't tell you anything about left/right side (just anterior/posterior).

good luck!

Oh, wow, I didn't even think about it that way! So the pic with the new baby is taken from front to back, not side to side? Great...there goes that idea.... I was really happy that the baby seemed to be in a different position from ds3. These next two weeks until my 20 week scan are going to feel like eternity!

just saying it could be front to back ;) Hopefully, either way it is a girl!
