I'm sure it does sway boy, not completely sure why. I know that it's a great all round muscle builder which sways boy, and I think it's something to do with raising ph.

I was wondering this too. My mom has a salt water pool and I'll practically be living in it in June when we ttc. Hopefully that will be good for a boy?

Not only is is a great way to build muscle but the chlorine/salt may have an effect on your vaginal pH.

It can be cold which is supposed to be good for boys in terms of ions, although I am not convinced about that.

The one thing I would watch out for is sometimes when I swim I lose track of time and suddenly I am STARVING like my blood sugar levels dropped, so eat reg. snacks while swimming.
