I don't think there is much (if any) validity to the skull theory but I'll guess girls for all 4 babies as they all look similar to me.

First 3 all confirmed boys and the 4th was a dupe it was my latest scan and Lke you love my 4 I thought they all looked very similar and so am now pretty convinced that our 4th baby is also another boy

I would have said Boy, Boy, Girl, Girl. But clearly that wouldn't have been right either ;)
