Hi Ladies,
I'm so glad to have found this site and so many inspiring stories and really hope I can follow suit..! After a beautiful boy (now 7) and triplet boys (5) it's time to balance things out a bit! Any tips/advice would be great.
I'm already taking Calcium citrate, Cranberry and vit c, am skipping breakfast, avoiding caffeine, sodium and potassium and consuming as much calcium as possible! I've got the limes and replens at the ready and have bought DH some tight pants. Think I will try 3 day cut off for first attempt. Any other recommendations??
