I had a scan at 12w1d, posted the nub and most of you guessed girl, everyone over at ingender.com guessed girl. Went to the high risk doctor today and i told her my other ultrasound tech guessed boy but said he could be wrong because it was so early. Well she checked today only a potty shot and we saw 3 clear lines and NOTHING in between the legs, she checked about 10 times. She seemed hesitant to say girl 100% because its so early and i guess since the other tech guessed boy but she said she would be surprised if the baby was a boy. Actually we did not see a nub anymore at all! I thought the nub went away at 15 weeks?? she did not print me off a pic, actually she didnt give me any pics but a pic of the baby sucking its thumb. im excited but im trying not to get my hopes up too high but she did say sometimes they can see the gender this early and said usually she wont say unless shes pretty sure because she hates being wrong, lol. She said usually 3 lines even this early indicates gir.

My son was a clear boy at 13 weeks so yes, I think a girl can be obvious too!

She said it was pretty obvious and would be shocked if it ended up being a boy. It was a high risk doctor so she did a detailed scan, i have 3 boys and have never seen an ultrasound like this!

I think it depends on the baby. I think it's more likely to look boy but be girl at that stage though. If nothin is there I think it's safe to say girl. But it is early so who knows.
