Making a girl....for dummies?!

Hi all, I am very new to all this, I have a DS but he was a happy surprise so I know very little about TTC let alone gender swaying. I am trying to research and it just gets so complicated. Can anybody give me a really dumbed down version of what I need to do to sway girl??

I am swaying pink, I am adding supplements (vitex, saw palmetto, folic acid, baby aspirin and fibre) to my diet. I am also on the LE diet and losing weight, all this info is in the forums but I hope that helps a bit!
