Hi Ladies! This summer we plan to start TTC baby #1. I am so excited and looking forward to being a mom, and also I'm SO ready to stay at home too! I have no clue what my body will likely produce, but I am longing for a little girl! My mom passed away when I was 8, so I'm really craving the mother/daughter relationship that was cut off between my mom and I at such a young age. I plan to go on the girl diet/minerals and use the 2-3 day cut off method. Not sure I can do the whole douching thing since I'm VERY sensitive down there, so I'm just hoping I can turn my body into an acidic state through the diet. Anyways, just wanted to introduce myself and say hi! :wave: Are there any other ladies on here who are TTC #1??

If you are sensitive you could just try rephresh and other girl friend gells and stay away from douching... it will more then likely dry you out and cause problems.

Thanks for the advice, purplepoet20! I need to read up more about the Rephresh, gels, etc. Not sure if I'll go down that road with my first, but will for #2 if baby #1 is a boy! In the meantime, I've been stock piling Caffeine Free Diet Coke when it goes on sale!! Will start TTC in mid-June, so plan to begin the diet May 1.

Howdy! I"m not a huge fan of douching and I think that if you take antihistamine and use one of the jellies, you can have a great sway without it!
