How much weight should I lose before TTC pink?
I'm doing Slimming World and have been since February 2012 and lost 2.5 stone but I have gained 9lb since then So I'm trying to lose that again. Is that enough do you think?

think it's useful to look at BMI chick you want to be at your lowest conception weight (what were you when you conceived your DD? ) as low as possiable without stopping you ovulate. So probably about a BMI of 17-18 is good xx

I've never been as low as that. I was about 13 stone with my dd. I am just under that now and losing more.

I'm not sure I agree with that entirely. For example, I was 95 or so conceiving my lasat son. Am I going to diet down to 90 to ensure getting a girl? NO WAY.
Its more about understanding the principles of the LE diet and how it is changing your body.

I don't think there is a certain number or percentage for everyone...depends on a lot of factors, IMO.

From my understanding it is all relative to you. For instance I am 30-40 lb's overweight right now and I believe as long as I continue to steadily lose weight then it is going to sway pink even if I ovulate after only having lost 10-20 lb's. It's just about making your body think that there aren't adequate resources to carry a boy. I may be way off but that's how I have taken it.

I've been ttc and on the diet for a few months and lost over 20 lbs, if I maintain will I still be swaying or do I need to continue to lose to sway?
