Hi everyone,
We have two beautiful boys but would love to add a daughter to our family so we thought giving swaying wont hurt.
I've been trying to do my research but keep seeing conflicting things. What foods should I be eating and what main supplements should I be taking and DP.
I have tested my CM and DPs semen. I was about a 6 and DP was a 9 so our we need to lower our pH levels.
Any help or advice would be great
Thank you xx

Can you give me a bit more to go on for specific questions??? That way I won't waste time on stuff you are already knowledgeable about.

Hi Atomic
I'm trying to do the LE diet so have been skipping breakfast but then I don't know what I should and shouldn't be eaten for lunch and dinner. Currently I have a weak strawberry milkshake (dislike milk and yogurt) in the morning, lunch at about 1 I will have a salad sandwich but I'm not sure what filling I'm allowed I.e cheese, chicken. I try to use whole meal bread.
Currently at dinner time because we sit down as a family I've cut my portions because we always have meat, some sort of potatoe (jacket, new, roast etc) with vegetables.
I'm trying really hard not to snack, I'm a big cake fan. I currently only weigh 6 stone 10 (Im only 4ft 11) so don't want loose weight.
Is pH level important? If so what should me and DP being doing to get ours lower?
Thank you for any advice x x x
Ps: really want to buy the personalised plan but DP isn't too sure so am trying to sweet talk him :) x

I think white bread is meant to be better than whole meal as its less nutritious. As I understand it you want low fat, low nutrient food. Limited protein and salt. Skip breakfast. But you shouldn't starve yourself as its bad for you all round and could potentially cause infertility. I still have so much to learn but have definitely found reading posts, particularly atomic's essays very informative! There are many different ideas, some can be used together and others (all the diets) can't. From my reading it seems LE diet is the best and most important factor. Timing seems to be irrelevant. Lowing sperm count seems to get good results. I'm torn on the supplements and the ph. Full moon/new moon I don't know... I'd like to have my attempt in the new moon but would be reluctant not to try if it wasn't. Good Luck digesting it all!!
