PayPal handles all that for you so, yes. It just means you get a better price due to the exchange rate!!

The plans can begin as far as 90 days out but we have done plans for people trying in a matter of a couple of weeks. That's up to you. For an April attempt, that gives you more than 6 weeks so it should be fine.
