I'm in CD6 - AF is pretty much at the end, I'm sure by tomorrow there won't be anything.

Yesteryday and today my temps have been high above my coverline for last month. (I stopped temping CD1-4 because I'd heard AF temps are weird, so I just started again yesterday).

I had a weird cycle last month with a 9 day LP which I think is a first for me as my cycle was 32days when it's normally 28. I'm hoping this month is a little back to normal as I've eased up on the diet because I simply just want a BFP

Any reasons why my temp would still be high? Is this normal or cause of concern?

*And I'm not pregnant - I had a BFN the day before my period started and it's been a 'typical' period of mine.

My temps are always above the CL during AF, no need to worry. It doesn't mean anything.

Hope your cycle will be back to normal soon!

Yep no need to worry! How are you temping vaginally or orally? I would do vaginally it is more accurate

You can start temping at CD1...fertility friend figures it all out.

It's still up today and I'm on CD7. AF is over today so I'd hope it would start dropping. If it's still high does this mean I likely don't have low progesterone? I was worried about that due to my short LP last cycle (but my whole cycle was messed up) and I've read that a temp being high during AF is because your progesterone levels take a while to drop - some faster than others. Does that even make sense?

I also took my temp this morning the second I startled away and it was 36.74 C. That whole time I layed still and didn't move for another 10mins and took my temp again and it was 36.67. Which is more accurate? I sometime notice (because of kids) when I'm startled awake from hearing one of them it's higher than when I take it the second time after laying still for a few moments after already waking up (all while still in bed - I always temp twice just to see how similar they are)

You can't read so much into your temps. there is a lot of stuff that can affect them. The only way to know if you have low prog for sure is a blood test.

I don't have any symptoms of low prog. just this past cycle with a 9day LP - but I was also at my lowest BMI ever and O was delayed a week so it could just be a complete fluke cycle. BUT, since I've have 2 BFN's I'm naturally assuming (I am a completely worry wart) that something is wrong!! I know.. silly. Especially considering both months our attempt was never on +OPK because we misjudged or missed it due to DH being away on business so the chances aren't even remotely high to begin with!
