14 weeks, Dr says 98% sure it's our BOY! What do you think?

14 weeks, my perinatologist looked at the baby for about 10-15 minutes and said he is 98% sure that after two girls, it is OUR BOY!! We are over the moon but I HATE having that 2% hanging out there, ugh. I'm pretty convinced when we go back it will have turned into a girl :(

Im sure if he is 98% sure then he saw more during the live ultrasound but these pics are not great x

Haha thanks! Yeah the pics are not great so that is I think part of the reason I am fixated on that 2% and so paranoid they will turn out to be weird girl parts :(

He was looking at the baby from a LOT of different angles and said he was 98% sure. Baby was also measuring ahead, more like 15 weeks, I don't know if that makes a difference with there being a definate something between the legs?

I don't think the peri would say 98% boy if he wasn't sure. They can never say 100% even at 20 weeks. I agree the pictures aren't great but he saw a lot more in the real scan than these 2 pics. I think your having a boy. Congratulations!!

Thanks ladies! I don't know when I will learn that google is NEVER a good idea. Lol. Way too many stories about u/s and guesses being wrong. He sefinitely said he saw something between the legs though that was NOT cord or legs. I'm obssesed woth it being a swollen clitoris though. Gaaahhhhhh

Nothing that shows anything :( Baby was moving a lot, there was a definite protrusion between the legs, I'm just trying to figure out at 14 weeks if a clitoris would still be that swollen or if it would have started to be almost gone by then?

I can't tell from the pictures, but I think you can be cautiously optimistic/excited for sure!! 98% is pretty good odds, lol! :) Congrats!
