I'm panicking!!!

I really need to stop. I'm making myself feel ill with panic and that's not going to help!
My past two periods were 35days exactly. Meaning I'm due to ovulate now - sat. Still no positive result.
Now I have a spot!! That's usually how I know I'm due to start my period. If I was to have a 28 days cycle I'd start next week. I'm going to cry if I missed ovulation :(

You can have spotting for all sorts of reasons, so I'm hoping it was just a little random spotting and not the start of AF. But even if it is, please don't panic, there's always next month.

Are you doing anything like dieting very strictly that could be adding to this feeling of panic? It's ok to relax on diet if you need to. Were you trying to conceive in a certain month for astrology or Chinese Calendar? Neither of those things sway. let me know how I can help reassure you.
