Hi! anybody tried vitamin b for nausea in the pregnancy? Did it help? How much did you take? Did you combine it with something?
Thanks

And are you suppose to take b6 alone or together with other vitamin b? once a day? I found some that have 100mg vitamin b6 and other (big b they are called) and they have 100 mg b6, 100 b1 , 100 b2 and some other vitamins. I also found one with 50 mg b6 and 50 mg of the others. which one would be the best?

My doc recommended I take b6 and unisom before bed to help with nausea. I think I was taking 25mg. It did help.

I get hyperemesis. With my first couple of pregnancies I took 25mg 2 or 3 times a day (plus whatever B vitamins were in my prenatal vitamin) and it didn't help. But this last pregnancy I took 125mg Vit B6 at 10pm before bed and it really did help. Needs to be a big dose and taken before bed.
