Ok Atomic I know you said I could try to wash away the EW cm with a distilled water douche while using the Rephresh......but I just went to the bathroom to test and had a whole gob of EW type CM covering the opening of my V, yet inside it was creamy???? Does this make sense, or has anyone else had this? Im just curious....is it maybe that the EW is coming down from the opening of the cervix but in the V canal its still creamy?
Anyone, please feel free to jump in here!!

I think that's exactly what is happening...the EW is flowing from your cervix straight to the vag opening and then whatever doesn't make it out is staying behind and turning creamy.

Well I tried the distilled water douche and have been taking the zyrtec but nothings working. And it just so happened by 4 yr old busted my bottle of Benadryl the other week and I had to throw it away, go figure!! Im just not comfortable with this much EWCM! I even took a Unisom last night because i read they were girl friendly aand Ive noticed before that my nose and throat get real dry when I take them, but that didnt work either! Ugh this is making me nervous, because I think our attempt will be tomorrow night and I cant get anything to work!

Just keep in mind that your body needs SOME EWCM to help the sperm make it to the egg. You can also try drying it up with a cloth, but I don't think it's necessary, because your body is always making more.

Thanks Atomic for all of the advice!!! Luckily I have kept taking the Zyrtec and doing the distilled water douche to help and the Zyrtec seems to be helping a little more! It seems to be a little thicker and Im having less than I was so I feel much better!! The Rephresh has been awesome, my pH last night was closer to 3ish than 4ish! Which I know I dont want it too low, and kill all my little swimmers! Thanks again!
