Hi Huds...my fave snacks were cheese and crackers (I usually sliced up some tomatoes for a topping)...can't remember, are you doing a vegan sway?

There's protein in the cheese...you could do soy cheese (which I actually rather like)...or peanut butter :)

When I was TTC DS 3 before I knew anything about swaying, I often snacked on deviled (curried) eggs and the sugar in the dressing will be your carbs for the protein + carbs. Also bean burritos.

Yes I do cheese and crackers sometimes with fresh tomatoes.. I've always been a cheese and cracker fan since I was a kid!! Just love them.

You could also do whole yoghurt with fresh fruits in it, sometimes I add raspberries and strawberries and black berries and little pieces of dates and granola mix! It's yummy.
I thought soy wasn't good for the HE diet?! I'm confused lol..

Crackers with peanut butter and sliced banana is yummy. You can make mini banana pancakes all you need to do is mix together mashed banana, egg, a dash of milk and cinnamon if you like. Tuna on crackers is easy. Avocado and cottage cheese are good toppings. Sushi, Protein shakes, Corn chips with guacamole, Hardboiled egg sliced with spinach leaves and a drizzle of mayonnaise served on crackers with salt and pepper, Celery with Peanut Butter, Asparagus wrapped in smoked salmon with some cottage cheese.
