Hoping to have first attempt next month (eeek!)
I've been doing the LE diet for about 6 weeks now and have lost the best part of a stone I think.
I've skip breakfast and just been drinking decaf coffee (still confused about whether I should be having caffeinated or decaf instead?) with a sweetener
Midday - I have low fat, low salt toast x 2 with unsalted butter and sugar free jam. And a probiotic drink... Is that bad? I got confused on this point before.
3pm - low fat wrap/ low fat pitta with low fat laughing cow spreadable cheese and some iceberg lettuce
7pm - white pasta with either pesto (is pesto too nutritious even though I don't get much other nutrition in the day?) with green beans or pasta with low fat butter with green beans. Then a yogurt. This is the time of day I get really hungry. Sometimes I have some snack a jacks too... And sometimes some more toast. Is that bad!?
Folic acid
No other sups or vits. The more I read, the more it seems they add too much nutrition and are not worth taking?
For our attempt I will use represh every 3 days from AF up to after ov.
Thinking we will do frequent release but still unsure as to whether he should be doing this inside all the time or outside and then one or two times inside?
Timing, everything I've read suggests that there is nothing to timing which makes me think either DTD inside everyday from AF through Ov or frequent release with one or two attempts inside on the day of/day before ov to maximise chances of pregnancy.
I have a little dress under the bed. Soooo cute!!
DH
Has stopped eating red meat and very little other meat.
Will get him to have hot baths before attempt/s
He will take cranberry - can someone please tell me how much he should take?
Should he be avoiding caffeine?
Ands what's the rule on alcohol for him?
I'm ovulating now so if my periods regulate should be 4 weeks until next attempt, though could be as much as 6 weeks. I'm still breastfeeding my 5month old baby but am no longer night feeding.
Please please give feedback, very open to any suggestions that might help.
Thank you!
